Nope! We offer a free health check on all systems. We’ll assess the problem and give you a quote before doing any paid work.
Just your computer or laptop. Power cables are helpful for laptops, but not always necessary. If you know your login password, that helps us test things more quickly.
Yes! We work on both Windows and Apple laptops and desktops. We don’t service iPhones or iPads.
We take data protection seriously. If data recovery is needed, we’ll always ask your permission first. For peace of mind, we recommend backing up before dropping off your device.
